I am especially pleased with the quality of their work that makes my new floor look fantastic. All staff involved in the project were very attentive and addressed my questions and concerns promptly. In my mind, the sign of an excellent business is how much they own their mistakes and learn from them. When FCI missed the mark on setting clear expectations Carter called me personally to apologize, explain the framework they work within, and offer me a fair resolution; a resolution that did not just include a partial refund but also a commitment to revise their orientation process so the same mistake isn't repeated again. The floors themselves look and feel fantastic, and the vision that was shared with me regarding the stairs was exactly as described - they look awesome! The installers were friendly and experienced, and were respectful of my time and space. FCI might not have been my cheapest option, but this company cares about their reputation and will make sure your project is done correctly the first time. If ownership and commitment to quality remain the same, then you are in good hands.
