Several months ago, I had my carpets professionally cleaned and the contractor did an excellent job. But when my senior Yorkie began having kidney issues as he’s getting older, I prayed about it and knew it was time to remove the carpet and switch to hardwood flooring for his health and comfort. Keeping a clean, low‑allergen environment has become important, and hardwood makes that possible. Floor Coverings International helped bring that change to life. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and committed to doing things the right way. Andrea, one of the business owners, was personable, warm, and a pleasure to work with. You can tell she takes great pride in her company the integrity is there, and her personality shines through. Any question or concern I had during the installation was met with a quick and thoughtful response. I shared my budget with her, and she worked with me every step of the way. I checked with other contractors, but Andrea went far beyond what anyone else offered and secured the best pricing for my project. Truly a blessing. Her contracted team was just as impressive skilled, respectful, and excellent at their craft. Oscar the foreman, along with Joao, Andre, and Alex, were all professional and a pleasure to have in my home. Their workmanship was outstanding, and I was genuinely impressed by their attention to detail. My new hardwood floors turned out beautiful, and I am extremely grateful for how smoothly everything went. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. They delivered quality, integrity, and care—and it shows. I had several remodel projects that I was working on so timing the install on our carpet was a moving target. The bid came in around where I expected. Chris Hansen was excellent in communicating and matching to our existing carpet. The install was professionally installed by the master himself, David Murphy. They both recommended the thicker pad which we are so glad we chose. The install and quality look anazing and feel great. Absolutely love my carpet. Phillip, the sales associate, did a wonderful job guiding us through the carpet selection process and the installation was done in about 6 hours and looks amazing.

Floor Coverings International provided updated flooring for my mom’s condo. Phillip and the team went above and beyond to meet our tight timeframe and Phillip was super responsive and made me feel like I was his most important customer!!! The installation team completed the project faster than promised and they came back right away to make changes that were not on the original job order. I will definitely refer anyone that I know is in the market for flooring to Floor Coverings International!!!
