I worked on this project as a subcontracted contractor (re-subcontracted) and felt obligated to warn other clients and professionals in the industry. Andréia's company signs contracts directly with clients through Google and other platforms, but the work is not carried out by their own team, being passed on to third parties. This resulted in a lack of quality control, excessive delays, and serious communication problems, leading to a police report being filed, as promised, not to mention the theft that occurred inside the client's house in Bellevue. In the project I worked on, the material specified and expected was Sherwin-Williams Cashmere paint, but during execution, a different, lower-quality paint line (Promar 200) was used. This difference was not clearly communicated, creating a real risk of the client believing they are receiving a superior product when, in practice, they are not. The project, which involved only two bathrooms, took more than two months, something completely outside the expected technical standard for this type of service. The lack of organization and alignment made the work environment unsustainable, which is why I chose to end any professional involvement with the company. This entire situation is documented, including communications, photos, and evidence, which have been duly reported. Even so, no effective correction has been made, including the direct insults from Andréia, using derogatory words and calling the contractor an idiot for asking about something she herself had agreed to, showing a lack of respect and moral principles. This review is not emotional—it's a warning. Clients who value transparency, real quality, and control over what is being applied to their home should ask very carefully: • who is actually performing the service • what materials are being used • and if what is being charged is exactly what will be delivered Transparency and quality are not optional.

Highly recommended they treat big snd small job equally. They are on time and do it very fast. Very honest to say if things are not actually needed to be added. They are not for the money. We had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International for our recent carpet stretching project. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and the results were excellent. We have slab on grade and wanted to add hard floors over our foundation but we didn't want cold feet. We had gone to numerous other stores and all of them essentially said it's just something you learn to deal with and that was the end of the conversation. Andrea was our contact here and she was wonderful to work with. She was very happy to help us find different solutions for the underlayment and was very patient with us picking out new flooring - she made 3 separate visits to our house and then we made a trip to the showroom in order to find the flooring we wanted. It took them about a week to install the flooring (a bit over 2000 ft^3 including stairs), move all the furniture, and do all the insulation details for our house. They came on time everyday and actually finished slightly ahead of schedule. Everything was well organized and structured and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Because of the extensive work there were even very clearly communicated contingency plans based on the quality of the subflooring. The installation quality is fantastic and they promptly came and fixed the few small issues we found. We are very happy with everything and couldn't imagine the process being any smoother!

We want to express our sincere thanks to Philip at Floor Coverings of Woodinville. for his outstanding help on several projects: 1. Installing carpet in our rental property 2. Refinishing our 65‑year‑old hardwood floors 3. Installing a heated floor in our bathroom Philip’s suggestions were incredibly helpful for my wife and me, giving us ideas that pulled everything together beautifully. The subcontractors he coordinated did exceptional work. Special thanks to Reynaldo Ricalde, who provided three excellent color choices for the floors, and to Brian’s team, whose expertise in installing the bathroom floors was invaluable. During the project Philip was ALWAYS available, he went to Hawaii for a wedding, and a trip to New Orleans for pleasure, we were always able to text or call him with questions. We truly appreciate the professionalism, creativity, and quality delivered throughout the process. Highly recommended!
