Kenny and Hannah came out for the initial visit and worked with me on everything I wanted! They were super thorough and took the time to make sure my vision came to light. I don’t know much about flooring so they guided me in the direction that benefited me and me only. Trey and his team came out and got the job done in 1 day. My floors look great.

FCI did a great job on my floors, and I was pleased with the finished product. But there were a few things I didn't like: 1. Putting marks on my new Window World front door and tried to use a black touch up marker on a brown door. 2. They told me that they would help me with finding handyman to stain my banister to match my floor. I ended up going to online finding a handyman. Workers say they would be there by 8:30am, but it was after 9 before they started work. So it took them about extra day to finish. Great company but there is always ways to improve.

We had marble floating tile flooring installed in our kitchen by Floor Coverings International, and the entire experience was fantastic. Kenny and Hannah helped us choose the perfect flooring for our space, and Kevin and his team handled the installation. The craftsmanship is excellent—Kevin’s team completed the whole project in just one day, and the results are absolutely beautiful. The flooring is high-quality, and the customer service from start to finish was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

Floor Coverings International did a wonderful job from initial consultation to finished product for our rental property. The floors look amazing and are finally level! Kenny and Hannah were so personable and easy to work with and the 12 month financing is an awesome perk! We will definitely be using them again with our business, and very soon in our personal home as well!

Had the chance to do some work for Kenny and FCI in their office. While there, customers came in to speak with Kenny and his staff, and Kenny went above and beyond answering questions they had, and treating them with kindness and professionalism.
