We love our new floors. The team did a great job. It feels like we have a whole new house. They worked really hard to cover every inch and they were extremely careful with our furniture and appliances. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

I had my hardwood floors replaced throughout my home and my experience with Floor Coverings International Richmond was very positive. Glenn was very friendly and knowledgeable through the quoting process and helped me with all the color options for my hardwood floors. Shaun was very helpful with navigating the installation and the installation crew was very efficient and did a wonderful job. They were extremely communicative from start to finish. Highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!

Highly recommend! Katie (office) was excellent in keeping me informed and Glenn (my sales rep) was great to work with in helping me make the right choices for my needs. The guy who installed the carpet was on time and did a great job.... with installation and cleaning up afterwards. A really good company to work with!!

Floor coverings international did an awesome job with my floors, they have great customer service. I felt like I had my own personal rep (Katie) that was checking in and keeping me up to date! I had Kevin install and he also was very communicative when there was an issue and he moved all my heavy furniture with ease. I loved how my floors turned out and Kevin also cleaned up extremely well! I had an issue that there ended up being a ton of brick dust and once he left I could barely see any of the red dust!

Kevin and Shawn were great! They were very professional and took great pride in their work. Shawn was an artist at matching our stain (no other company was willing to attempt refinishing just a section of our hardwood) and Kevin is a skilled craftsman. I would highly recommend them. Shaun, the owner, also took a tremendous amount of time with me to assist in selecting the flooring upfront.
