Preston came to my home on Saturday to present me with the best flooring options based on a phone consultation we had pre-visit. He was very respectful and stayed curious and genuinely helpful throughout the visit. After he took some measurements, he gave me a brief presentation on why his company and products are a good choice and best fit for my flooring needs. I’m in sales myself and appreciated the conciseness and specificity of the presentation as well as the explanations of the flooring samples, installation process, and general information. He used the pictures he took to show me what the flooring would look like in my home, helped me narrow down my options, affirmed my choices, and patiently answered my questions about everything. I highly recommend this company and Preston to anyone looking to getting flooring in their home. This company goes above and beyond informing customers, personalizing to their individual needs, and will be with you every step of the process. I super appreciate their overall professionalism and the ways they structure their business.

The work was done so quickly! The team of workers were very kind and respectful not only to us but to our belongings. The final product looks amazing 🤩 zero squeaks compared to how the floor used to sound! I am shocked. I really appreciate how well the team cleaned up after themselves after every work day. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. And would call them back for any future floor projects.

Preston and his team sid a great job for us from start to finish. We did most of our downstairs in a new flooring and the project was done quickly (1 day for demo and cleanup of old tile flooring and leveling: one day for the install). They did a beautiful job and the downstairs is transformed. This is our second project with them and we couldn't be happier. Both Preston and his team members are friendly, courteous and kept us informed thru the process. I also like supporting a local/TX company vs. one of the big stores. I highly recommend contacting FCI if you have a flooring project.

I had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. I received my free quote on March 6 and agreed to the terms on March 9. Preston, the owner, was very flexible with the down payment, which I truly appreciated. The materials were ordered promptly, and he kept me informed every step of the way via text and email when the order was received. The project began on March 16 with demolition, followed by floor preparation and installation of a waterproof barrier on day two. During the process, I visited the site and initially had concerns that the wrong flooring had been delivered. Preston immediately took the time to walk me through everything—he showed me the original samples I selected and reviewed the order details with me. He even offered to pause the installation entirely to ensure I was completely confident before proceeding, and followed up early the next morning to confirm my decision. That level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Preston genuinely wanted to make sure I would be happy with the flooring for the next 20–30 years. The installation team was courteous, professional, and respectful of the space throughout the entire project. The final result looks fantastic. I will absolutely use Floor Coverings International again and plan to have them return soon to complete the carpeted bedrooms so everything matches. I highly recommend them!

FCI helped turn a metal container into a beautiful meeting space and office. The container was a rough, blank space made beautiful with a vinyl plank floor.
