We love our new floor! Janet made it so easy for us to see all the samples and make our choice. The installation went smoothly and our new kitchen floor is gorgeous!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. All the prices were great. Our whole experience with Floor Coverings International was very easy and flawless.

I cannot speak more highly of Janet and her team. I wanted the carpet replaced on the second floor of our home. Janet responded quickly to my request for an estimate and showed up exactly on time. She thought of things that would never cross my mind, like the direction we should install the LVP and how it would look against my stairs and tile. I had them do the work while on vacation and they left the home better than they found it. They sent me pictures throughout the process and when I came home it was like a brand new house. Janet then followed up to ensure I was happy with the results and honestly one of the best parts was the mop she gave me. I immediately cleaned my entire floor with it. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and Janet did everything exactly as she said she would. I am so glad I went with her company! Her professionalism, customer service and kindness made me feel like more than a job or a dollar sign. I will definitely recommend her and use this company for any future jobs.

We are loving our new, simple backsplash done by Floor Coverings International. They came to my home with numerous samples to help me pick the perfect white, gave me a quote on the spot and had the tile completed all in under two weeks time. If you are looking for floors, backsplash, bathroom tile, etc. I highly recommend them!
