Flooring Coverings International did a fantastic job for us. We brought them in to fix several areas of our LVP flooring that were starting to come up. This wasn’t their fault at all—the original installers clearly did a horrible job, which caused all the problems we were seeing. From the start, Eric was great to work with. He was responsive, explained what was going on with our floors, and made sure everything was scheduled and handled professionally. The crew was respectful of our home and worked quickly without cutting corners. As they got into the project, they kept running into issues left behind by the previous installers, but instead of just patching things up and leaving, they took the time to do it right. They even came back a second day to make sure everything was properly fixed and that we were happy with the results. Our floors look great now, and we feel much more confident about the quality of the installation. Highly recommend Flooring Coverings International, and especially Eric, to anyone needing flooring work done the right way.

Floor Coverings International of Dayton earned a 5-star rating from us due to the quality of service we received. Eric was knowledgeable and professional every time we spoke. His quote was more than reasonable in comparison to other quotes. He took the time to find the exact carpet to complement our home. He assisted in selecting the quality, the color, and explained the delivery and installation process. We were told by another company it would take approximately two weeks for the same carpet to arrive and then they would schedule the installation which could be another two weeks. Eric had the carpet here and installed in one week because he knew there was urgency. The carpet installer who worked for Floor Coverings International of Dayton did the best installation of carpet that we’ve ever seen. He was proficient and his skills were evident when we saw the finished job. We strongly recommend this company to everyone based on our experience. We received personal in-home quality service and Eric responded immediately to all calls and answered all questions throughout the entire process.

I tend to do a great deal of research before I do a home improvement project. Floor Coverings International lived up to its five star rating. Eric Curtis is the personification of Customer Service. He went above and beyond. There was no detail that was too small for him to follow up and he was a great resource for other home improvement entities. I would wholeheartedly endorse Floor Coverings International.

Floor Covering International of Southeast Dayton: -the owner (Eric Curtis) was extremely helpful and walked us through the whole process one step at a time. -He helped us find the perfect flooring. See pics -He answered all of our many questions on the different products and brands. -He was very dependable. He (and his crew) always gave us heads up on when they would be arriving and they were very punctual. -Our installer was highly experienced. -They were very professional in our home. -They cleaned up at the end of each day and let us know what to expect for the following day(s). -Our renovation was removing and replacing our entire main floor. -Reno’s can be overwhelming and they were great at making sure we were doing ok through the entire process. -Final day they did a walk thru with us and made sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. -We give this company, owner and installer and team a strong FIVE out of FIVE stars. -We will be using them again for future projects & will definitely be recommending them to others.

They had to come out 10 different times to fix there mistakes, which then in turn I had to take of work to meet them. The also sold me a product that they didnt have enough of to finish the job which they didnt tell me until they had 90% of it laid down. DONT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE
