Wonderful experience buying flooring here! Our floors look amazing and we had the best installation team ever! Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and kind… Michael, Matthew, Tracy , Nick and Brandon make a great team! Brandon was extremely helpful when the stair carpeting arrived in a different shade from the sample … he went to bat for us, spoke to the supplier and was able to secure a great carpet that tied in with the color scheme! We’re so happy we chose FCI and will use them again!

I used Floor Coverings International in Stow as I like to support our community businesses. This was a great experience and very competitive pricing. Matt brought carpet choices to my home the next day and measured to determine my needs. The carpet was ordered, arrived and installed in a timely manner. Jose and Andreas removed the old carpet, swept the floor and installed the new carpet as well as cleaning up and replacing the furniture. They were very customer oriented and the job was set up and coordinated by Nick. I am very happy with results and will use them for future needs.

Start to finish FCI was a pleasure to work with. The consultation provided enough samples along with a trained eye being a previous installer which helped us comfortablely selected a product that we will enjoy. The office and field managers communicate very well throughout the process and after completion. The shining stars were the installation crew. Timely, Professional craftsman, polite and courteous. Took the time necessary to provide a quality installation.

The sales call was fun and easy. No stress. He got to know me; learned my goals needs and restrictions. He briefly discusses all available options, narrowed down to what would meet my needs and was considerate of my budget. We came to a decision. We made agreements for payment and for a time frame. Installation was a breeze. They moved all the heavy things and totally cleared the rooms all at the same time. I did not think that was pssible. The hardest thing about this process was narrowing down which carpet would be my favorite. The best thing is I feel safe again in my home. No trip hazards anymore. Thanks!

Very impressed with Brandon and everyone I worked with at FCI! I got carpet replaced in our bedrooms, and the whole process was a breeze. Everywhere else I looked wanted me to come to the showroom or charged for coming to the house (I have toddlers, this was a tough ask). Not only did they come to me, they had great recommendations and explained the process thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed and they took all the time I needed to discuss and decide. I had carpet in a matter of weeks!

The entire process was professional and smooth. The staff listened and provided helpful advice and direction. Installation was efficient and attention paid to the details. They even dismantled and reassembled my big sleigh bed, which was a major factor in using this company for the bedroom carpet. This is the second time I’ve worked with FCI, they installed LVT, also done professionally and efficiently. As a local business I feel they are more interested in working with their customers than the big box stores
