**Was a 3 star average review, changing to 1 star based on the owner’s response** We drove 35 minutes to Mentor’s Floor Covering International based on their posted hours (Google: 8–12, website: 9–3). We arrived at 10:15 AM to find the door locked, the showroom dark, and no one inside. I called to confirm the location and was told the showroom is appointment-only, which is not clearly stated on their website or Google listing. When I asked about scheduling for the same day, the woman laughed and said that wasn’t possible. After the drive and poor first interaction, we decided to take our business elsewhere. For future customers: the showroom is appointment-based only. Hopefully this saves others time and frustration.

I was doing research on flooring and came across Floor Coverings International. They were a very friendly company to work with. My flooring came in quickly, and I was able to get it scheduled, and the job was done in one day. I would highly recommend the company.

The measurements and quoting took no time at all and installing the flooring was seamless. I hardly did any work and came home to my entire place carpeted and the vinyl flooring fit around my bathroom perfectly. Paying was easy and quick too. Love the carpet and the process was great! Cannot recommend this place enough!

I highly recommend this company. We recently moved back to town and needed carpet installed ASAP. Floor Coverings International was able to come right over to measure and give us a quote. After that, they were able to install within the week, and my new place had fresh, new carpet ready for us when we moved in. The carpeting is a great quality, and we love the look. Joe, Shelly and Edgar were all so easy to work with. We will definitely use them for our next flooring project.

We had flooring done in both of our houses and couldn’t be happier. We had both hard surface and carpet put in. They were fast, efficient, and really took the time to listen to all of our concerns. They came out to our home, worked around our crazy schedules, and brought a plethora of samples so we could see everything in person. They made custom pieces for our stairs and a couple other transition pieces to meet our wants. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
