We recently had Floor Coverings International replace the carpeting on our entire first floor with wood laminate (LW Mariposa) as well as replace the old baseboards. The flooring and baseboards turned out absolutely stunning. We feel like we have a brand new house! Jay was our main point of contact - friendly, professional, and approachable. He answered all our questions, was quick to respond, and even went out of his way to deliver a flooring sample so we could use it to pick out some new paint colors. The crew was efficient and their work was top-notch quality. We really couldn’t be happier and plan on using them in the future for some other projects around the house. Highly recommend Floor Coverings Intl and Jay if you’re looking for someone that’s professional, friendly, and quality-focused.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Jay. He is incredibly thoughtful, quick to show up, and an absolute delight to work with. He made everything easy, kept costs low and delivered quality that exceeded my expectations. My carpets are beautiful and it feels like I am walking into a brand new home. He’s one of those rare people who is both down to earth and exceptionally professional. Jay is the kind of person you’d genuinely enjoy sharing a glass of wine with after a job well done.

Great experience from start to finish with Floor Coverings International Cincinnati. Jay our sales rep and Katie the manager were helpful in explaining the prices and the process of the project. We had Red Oak hardwood floors installed in rooms where there was carpet before. All the esisting floors were already gardwood and the crew matched up stain color exactly to the exsisting hardwood floors l, allowing for a beautiful flow from the newly installed to the exsisting. The crew they sent out did an amazing job! Had two issues during the project come up but Jay, Katie and the crew provided detailed solutions and went above and beyond to get the issues resolved immediatley and noyhing less than our complete satisfaction. Cannot recommend. 5000+ sq ft job on a custom home. Premium LVP floor is terrible--creaking and shifting. Worse than before. Did not properly prep floor before installing. They had to install LVP twice because the first time was so atrocious. They reused damaged planks which were supposed to be tossed aside, but were not. They used my sliding miter saw to cut the LVP planks for the job, then lied about it. Carpet has overlapping padding which you can feel in many spots. They had to install carpet twice because it was cut wrong from the manufacturer and chose to install it anyhow, taking the "let's see if they notice" approach They damaged my marble threshold and baseboard installing the carpet. Every time they came back to "fix" something they didn't do right the first time, they caused more damage The scale, severity, and cost to remediate the issues can not be understated.
