I am so pleased with our experience! I had limited time in my schedule to find the perfect carpet for our finished basement and Jay made the process easy and efficient. I love the convenience of having the samples on site to look at in our space and lighting and I was impressed with the turn around time on install. Very happy!

Our experience began with a positive introduction at a Home & Garden Show. The next step was a visit to our house with a van full of samples by Jay. Very helpful and friendly. We needed a few discussions to finalize everything, but they were very patient, as they knew this was an important decision for us and included a combination of refinished and new oak hardwood, tile and carpeting. We needed to shuffle dates around due to other conflicts, and again, they were very accommodating. The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars is that there were a few issues with the installation, but Amanda (the Manager), ensured we were satisfied, and she made in-person visits daily to make sure things were right. Overall, a very friendly and highly motivated group that made the experience pleasant and successful!

The team at FCI was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They pull some or install up due to the fact that we only had sub floors due to a water loss. There were a few issues with the install, but FCI was very quick to resolve these, and all is now great! I highly recommend them, and plan to use them in the future if the need arises.

We had a runner installed on the stair of our colonial home. They did a great job and it helps our foyer a lot. Katie was great to work with.

Used them a few years back for a commercial glue down carpet. Great selection of patterns, and durable carpets. Getting ready to use them again. Katie is very pleasant and easy to work with.

We have used Floor Coverings International multiple times now. We like the quality products they recommend and the fact that Katie makes suggestions of products we didn't even know existed. What we finally chose for our largest job better met our needs with our big dogs than the things we were considering-- and we saved money overall. That impressed us! Katie and staff are very good about communicating and returning calls quickly. Everyone is busy these days, but maintaining communication while a big job is ongoing is so important. In our experience, Katie's contractors show up on time when they say they will-- and when there was a problem, her people were quick to fix it. That is the true test of a vendor's quality-- how they work with you to handle issues. Most recently, we had a rush need to carpet a basement area in lightening fast time to complete the sale of our prior home. Katie and staff came through and got it done. We truly look forward to working with Floor Coverings International on our new home-- lots to do here to update very old flooring! ;-)
