Floor Coverings International helped transform our basement and stairs! This work was completed a few weeks ago but I wanted to submit photos with our review after the painters were done which was finished yesterday. Katie - our Floor Coverings designer - helped us find flooring safe to put in our basement. She's incredibly patient as it took me a while to figure out the color and style as we wanted bright and contemporary. She also had our stair treads custom made, beautiful and very solid. There were some final details needing to be addressed and Katie arranged all of that. Thankful for this major transformation!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new carpeting from FCI! Jay, our salesperson, was exceptional being personable, responsive, and knowledgeable of their many products. We particularly liked the fact that he came to our home. They installed wall-to-wall carpeting in our living room/dining room and bedroom. They removed carpeting from the stairs to the 2nd floor and replaced it with new treads and a runner. The carpet installers were magical - I defy anyone to find a seam. Everything looks wonderful! It was one of the easiest projects we've done because promises were made and kept, with timing being spot on. Thank you FCI for a great job.

What a wonderful team. From sales to installers. Sales knew exactly what we were looking for in a floor. Installers were outstanding. In 1 day got our new floor. Would recommend them!!

The process was simple and the installation and final result is amazing. I was able to find something near my budget and get it installed in weeks. The installation crew clearly took time and care to make sure the outcome was perfect. I would definitely recommend. The sales person was the only area that left something to be desired.

Floor turned out beautiful! The guys did a great job. I would highly recommend this company over and over again. They make the selection process easy by bringing the sample to you in their mobile showroom. Give them a call if you are thinking about redoing any room in your home.

I am so pleased with our experience! I had limited time in my schedule to find the perfect carpet for our finished basement and Jay made the process easy and efficient. I love the convenience of having the samples on site to look at in our space and lighting and I was impressed with the turn around time on install. Very happy!

Our experience began with a positive introduction at a Home & Garden Show. The next step was a visit to our house with a van full of samples by Jay. Very helpful and friendly. We needed a few discussions to finalize everything, but they were very patient, as they knew this was an important decision for us and included a combination of refinished and new oak hardwood, tile and carpeting. We needed to shuffle dates around due to other conflicts, and again, they were very accommodating. The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars is that there were a few issues with the installation, but Amanda (the Manager), ensured we were satisfied, and she made in-person visits daily to make sure things were right. Overall, a very friendly and highly motivated group that made the experience pleasant and successful!

The team at FCI was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They pull some or install up due to the fact that we only had sub floors due to a water loss. There were a few issues with the install, but FCI was very quick to resolve these, and all is now great! I highly recommend them, and plan to use them in the future if the need arises.
