We recently purchased a building for our charity and needed LVT flooring installed quickly so we could continue meeting the needs of the families we serve. From the very beginning, Brad and the crew at Floor Coverings International went above and beyond. Their team was not only professional and detail-oriented, but incredibly understanding of our mission and timeline. They worked efficiently and flexibly, making sure the project stayed on track without disrupting our ability to continue supporting our community. That meant everything to us. The quality of the installation is outstanding—the floors look beautiful, durable, and truly transformed the space into something warm and welcoming. But what stood out most was their willingness to support a charitable organization and be part of something bigger than just a project. I love the hardwood floors that were installed in my bedroom and closet. Brad, Stephon, Courtney and Chase (the installer) were all wonderful people to work with. I will definitely work with them again on future projects.

Thank you Tim, Courtney, Brad & Stephon for making our project go smoothly. Tim came and we looked at different samples of floor and he talked through with us the difference between unstained hardwood vs prefinished. What it would mean for us while it was being installed, etc. We were scheduled promptly and we even had to change the install date but they were flexible with our schedule. We had one issue after the install with one of the pieces of wood and they sent the crew back out to fix the board very quickly. Everyone on their team followed up quickly. The entire process was smooth and easy using FCI! I booked an appointment online for an in-person consultation. They showed up when they said they would, we discussed different options, and expedited our project quickly. I couldn’t be more happy with the result. I appreciated the timeliness of the in-home consult and expertise of Tim L regarding the products! I will be using them from now-on for our floors!

Beautiful job done on two rooms installing some new carpet! They were super fast and efficient, only took maybe 3 hours. Highly recommend!

The team was prompt to respond to my online request. Samples and explanations were gone over by a very knowledgeable rep. Once the service for installation was set up all warranty information was sent and communication was on point from the office. There was a delay due to crew sickness but that was communicated well before and hand they worked effortlessly to get another date set up with plenty apologize though none were required. Once onsite for the install the techs were very experienced and respectful. They had all carpet and padding both removed and installed in a very timely manner. Clean up of the site was performed and communicated with me if it was satisfactory which it was. I will be recommending to anyone as well as use again for future installs.
