The Owners, Brad and Kylee, were very professional and great to work with. They came out to our property fast and assessed our needs within a few days time. They provided multiple options and designs at their showroom and Kylee was very helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any home flooring project.

Absolutely the best!! This project was a little different in that it was my father’s room and I wanted to match a laminate in the rest of the home, I also didn’t want any transition pieces due to my 85 year old father using a walker. Mark came by for the initial appointment and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to help me find a close match and we started the process. On the day of install, I looked at the flooring planks and they didn’t match as well as I thought; which was my fault. So I declined the flooring. I have to say that everyone was so gracious and went above and beyond to make “my” error right. Mark, Pablo, Rebekah and the owner of the company went into action to find a better match and Mark returned to my home with new planks. I chose another laminate and they ordered my new choice immediately and my dad’s floor was done a few days later. Customer service was excellent; workmanship was impeccable, and follow up was impressive! I own a business and I always emphasize how important excellent customer service is. This company has it right; they earned my loyalty and referrals. And, I’d just like to mention the two young men on Pablo’s team who methodically transformed a room with old, crappy carpet into a beautiful suite for my dad. A special “thank you” to Remondo and Jesus. Well done Floor Coverings International!!! Bravo

We met with dozensssss of companies. But our family decided FCI was the best option and we soon realized that was not the case. Sigh..... Travis was our salesman, he swooned our entire family. Everyone loved talking to him, they loved his vibe, they thought he was informative, and overall a great guy. We were on a deadline, our entire move in was riding on the flooring being done. We made our decision on Friday, and paid, and were told somebody would reach out to schedule. Much like many other companies, once they receive the money, all communication goes downhill...... Travis said Monday they could start demo, when in fact that was not the case. Rebekah, the project manager informed me Travis was not actually able to make those decisions. Demo could start Wednesday. So now we have Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday that are now useless, again.... all of this riding on us being able to move into our new house. So we took matters into our own hands and did the demo ourselves, after all, we now had the time since FCI could no longer commit to the original Monday start date. We did the demo, sent photos of the updates and this way we could also knock a chunk of change off the bill since we did the work for them. HA! That was a joke.... they barely took anything off for us removing our own toilets (which mind you, the install crew reinstalled and used dozens of times, and then uninstalled again, multiple toilets throughout the house — super confusing) and for doing the demo work. Two people was all it took, my husband and my father in law and they put in WORK. Removing 30 year old tile and 5 year old hardwood throughout the house over the course of 4 days and it wasn't even a substantial discount — absolutely mind blowing. Wednesday came, within 2 hours they were already laying flooring. The projected finish date was 9 days from start date. We were crumbling inside. This was supposed to be a quick install and it was just taking SO much time. Mind you, with a crew of 5-6 people here daily from 6:30 am to 4 pm, so it should NOT take 9 days to lay flooring and baseboards in a 3000 square foot house.... Anyways.... as they are working, we are coming and going. The house is technically vacant, as we still live in our old house, waiting to move in here, we come by to do things here and there, and we started noticing things moving, missing.... not that we essentially minded, but were more curious "why". Our shopvac was being used, our ladder was being used, our extension cords are being used. My husband came by late one night, after they left to do some work on the house and couldn't find his ladder. Once in the garage, it was now upstairs in the master bedroom — why? We brought it to the project manager's attention as we were a little caught off guard as nobody had asked if they could use these things. She assured us that it was a mistake and they would not / should not be using customer's items. To this day, we are still missing an extension cord that was used during install and evidently never returned to us as we still cannot locate it. So the flooring finished, at least we thought it did. We went to the house late at night, saw some documents on the counter, they weren't even ours. They had another customers name and information on it. We started looking around, noticed baseboards weren't done, some things still had to be cut, on the stairs, there was this gluey substance leaking out of the bottom of the stairs, and some of it was coming between two pieces of flooring. We notated our concerns, took photos, and sent a message to the project manager. The next day, she texted back letting us know, no, they were not actually done, the issues would be resolved, and apologized for the oversight on the customer's paperwork left behind. Someone showed up to do the walkthrough with my husband, notated the concerns again, reminded them about all the trash they left in our spare room, they addressed the concerns and still managed to leave without picking up any of the trash in the spare room. The next day, we come back, the stairs are "leaking" again with the gluey substance. Its just like a goopey texture dripping down from underneath the stairs, very strange. So we had to clean that up. Now mind you, the flooring is beautiful. The 5 inch baseboards look great, but not $28,000 great — nor worth the headache of the install, the lack of communication, the back and forth trying to talk to all these different people to get things done and not worth the fact that not even two days later when we moved in, those floors are ALREADY scratched and missing paint...... Yup..... $28,000 for absolutely nothing. I STRESSED this to every company I spoke to that we got a quote from. We had previously shopped with Empire at our old house, we LOVED our flooring, but sure enough, a dining room table chair scooting back, and boom, floors were scratched. I could have not been MORE clear when I spoke to every single salesman... I did NOT want this to happen again. I stressed this over and over, I wanted to make sure that it would be able to handle normal everyday living and not be an instant disappointment. WRONG. This was no different. Its move in day, we got lots of things moving, lots of people here, its crazy. We look down, and there is scratches. The fridge scratched the floor. The water cooler scratched the floor. And some random item removed the paint from our loft. Now mind you, we are all being EXTRA careful because you know $20,000 to drop on flooring is insanely expensive. We take pride in our stuff. We work hard for our money, so we like to keep our things nice and take care of them. But moving is hard. things are heavy, we are doing the BEST we can. So when I texted Travis about my concerns, he tells me this is not covered under warranty. My flabbers are gasted. I am speechless. I WENT OVER THIS WITH YOU. I STRESSED MY CONCERNS TO JYOU. And after $28,000 its NOT covered???? COME AGAIN???? Now I'm angry. I express my frustrations because I am not made of money. The reply.... "Sorry no there is no warranty on scratches from things like appliances of furniture being drug across them. You should use felt pads on all your items and be more mindful next time" COME AGAIN? So I'm expected to become the hulk.... and pick up my fridge and move it into place? BRO WHAT. This is seriously ridiculous. I am ashamed of myself for falling for this tom foolery and spending this insane amount of money on something that couldn't even last TWO DAYS. 15 days after completion, we receive an email "Its time for your final payment". The amount is wrong. They didn't even bother adjusting it to remove the toilet removal fee and the demo fee. I immediately sent it back, fix it. I'm not paying this amount - its wrong. An hour goes by, new email comes in. "REVISED" is all it says in the subject. No sorry, no apologies, no conversation, just "REVISED". 3 days go by, I receive a text asking for a review to "inspire other homeowners". I hope I've inspired you to make better decisions about who you choose to do your floors. RUN. RUN FAR AWAY. Its not worth the headache, the money or the carelessness. Its all a money grab.

I had a great experience with the Floor Covering International. I requested LVP wood planks for my three bedrooms. The salesman, Mark, who visited my home was polite, and very knowledgeable. He gave me issues to consider in terms of color and durability (I have several dogs) which were very helpful in making a good decision. He listened to what I wanted and was not pushy, which made the visit enjoyable! The team who came to lay the LVP were wonderful as well. They were on-time and worked very hard to finish the job in one day! Amazing! Through my research, I know I paid a bit more for my new floors but my floors are beautiful and I am certain that they will keep their beauty over time.

We recently had Floor Coverings Intl update our kitchen and entryway floors, and we’re so happy with the results! We chose luxury vinyl to go over our existing tile, and they did an amazing job. I absolutely love my new floors.

We hired these guys to change out our carpets. Angie's list recommended them and let me tell you, I have zero regrets that we went with them. Price is amazing, customer service is amazing, and Mark Dawahare was a true blessing for setting this up. He was very professional and patient with us. Highly recommend
