Floor Coverings International came highly recommended to us when it was time to replace carpeting in four upstairs bedrooms. Steve made the decision making easy and comfortable, talking us through our options in the comfort of our own home where we could see the carpet swatches in the rooms they would be installed in. Between the time of ordering and installation, communication was top-notch, and installation was fast and perfect. The men who installed the carpeting were fast and very nice to work with! Floor Coverings International did an incredible job installing carpet in our home. Steve provided all the information and options we needed to make the right decision and Tim organized the install which was quick and efficient. They even came out early to remove the old carpet to allow us time to cleanup/paint the baseboards before install. Highly recommended!

When I needed new carpeting I wanted someone to bring samples to my house. I contacted Floor Coverings International and a big box company. Steve (owner) responded quickly and was able to come in right away. He listened to my throughts and brought in the perfect samples. He also had additional suggestions. No high pressure sale and he was able to work up the quote on the spot. We needed new stair carpet runners and he was also able to provide a much needed wood refinishing on those before our carpet install. Tim was very easy to work with on scheduling. The installation team was on time and did excellent work. Katie (owner) came by to make sure everything was going smoothly. I was happy to be able to do business with a local company and I will definitely work with them again!
