I called FCI out of frustration after dealing with 2 other flooring places. I explained my need to install something that would be able to withstand extreme temperatures. Pete had a suggestion/solution & said he could be out in 3 days with samples. Being able to have the samples & Pete on site, a decision was made, questions answered, down payment completed all in about 20 minutes. The install was done 2 weeks later & Richard took his time & did a great job. The price was reasonable. Very pleased from start to finish.

I had the best experience when I contacted TC Flooring 18 years ago and asked for help pulling up carpet and refinishing my kitchen, dining room, and living room. The floors were a mess of holes and spike nails thru out. Their work at repairing and bringing my floors to the beauty that they are today is why I called them when I decided to update my bedroom. The quality of work is still as incredible as ever, the equipment they use is state of the art and the outcome is incredible! Their excellent work right down to the smallest detail of matching color, repairing cracks and broken pieces is why they are the best in the business. It is professional quality work done by the nicest crew! So happy!!

Peter was extremely helpful and professional. He helped me pick out colors for carpet in my living/dining room and my bedroom. In addition we carpeted my basement steps. Everything looks so wonderful. The installation guys were great. I am highly recommending Peter and his organization! Extremely satisfied with work done and the carpet colors we picked out!

I never thought having our stairs re-carpeted could be so easy, quick and affordable! Pete came by to assess the project and had carpet samples to choose from. He returned within weeks to remove our old carpeting and lay the new all in one day! The stairs look amazing, we love the carpet and the work top notch. I would heartily recommend him to anyone!!
