This company has completely shredded my hope that people will do what’s right. We spent upwards to $23k dollars to have carpet and hardwood floors installed. And they WILL NOT answer our calls or return our calls about our hardwood floors. We had issues with the carpet which they fixed. But now we are trying to fix the issues with the hardwood floors but SPENCER will not return my husbands phone calls. We saw him at a restaurant recently and he ran away like a coward instead of talking with my husband about the issues with the installation of our floors. IMAGINE!!! Wanting resolution for your situation and the guy RUNS AWAY!!!! Nothing looks like guilt like the guy RUNNING AWAY from the people that need to talk to him about a poor floor installation. Can SOMEBODY FROM THIS COMPANY please contact us so we can resolve this get unfortunate situation?!?

Spencer was awesome to work with! We got new carpet for our main floor and the process was very easy. Spencer was very knowledgeable and was very quick to respond. The project was completed in 1 day and we are very happy with our new carpet.

Spencer was an invaluable partner in helping me find just the right LVP and carpet for a whole house remodel. It was not an easy task because so much needed to be done on a tight budget. Spencer spent not one, but two sessions with me as I deliberated the choices…for hours! He’s a very kind and patient person. He has a broad product selection and such a deep knowledge of it that he could quickly come up with recommendations and alternatives that he felt would meet both my budget and my quality standards.
