Very satisfied with the finished project! The team did a great job making sure we were satisfied with the end product. They fixed a broken vent and then took our floor from yellow to soft white which brightened up the whole house! Thank you Mike for making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The only criticism I have is that the workers painted over my brand new trim with a different white paint to cover up the markings they did during sanding - I had told them I just painted my trim so they could have asked for the left over paint I had to touch up my trim after the job was done - so I need to go over all their touch ups again with my paint. Besides that, job well done. I will be recommending them to my family and friend and will use them again for future projects!

Excellent experience. From the home visit to get the quote to the carpet installation - everything went very smoothly. Carpet looks great! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring.

Happy with estimate and installation process. Very happy with the care that was given when rebuilding our subfloor and adding shoe while offering to come back to assist with any additional remodel projects to be sure the floor still looks great! Just wish I had more information about the care of flooring before we chose it. It’s beautiful, just shows dirt and footprints. Our old floor hid everything (dirt, dust, footprints, ...) so we’re a little disappointed in the lack of details like that for the new flooring we chose.

The five star team at FCI Oak Brook was amazing to work with. I had a super tight timeline that I was working with and Mike & Norma's crews started working on a Sunday for me. I had a vinyl plank installation in the basement and hardwood installed on an upper floor. They finished in two days! I love how it turned out! A couple of days later the carpet on the stairs was installed and they added baseboards and quarter round to finish the look. You will not be sorry if you use FCI Oak Brook for your flooring needs.

We are very satisfied with our hardwood flooring project. From start to finish, Floor Coverings International provided professional service and quality workmanship. The project was completed on the promised timeline, and we appreciated the care and attention given at the end of the job to ensure everything was clean and finished properly. The only challenge we experienced was a slight language barrier with the installers, but it did not affect the overall outcome of the project. We are happy with how everything turned out and would gladly recommend Floor Coverings International for their professionalism and beautiful results.
