Great experience with Steve@ Floor Coverings International of Sarasota! We received 3 quotes for an outdoor flooring project and Steve was the lowest. But what sold me was his communication. He was responsive, helpful and patient with us. In the end I'm very happy with the result.

Steve was professional, courteous, and took his time measuring out everything, consulting with us on different samples and giving us advice on products. So nice to have all the samples to look at in our space, rather than having to go to a showroom!

We recently worked with Floor Coverings International in Sarasota, FL to replace our carpets with wood-look porcelain tile and update our shower floor with a luxury stone tile, and we are so pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Steve was incredibly helpful during the selection process—he came to our home multiple times with tile and grout samples, walking us through how everything would look together and explaining aftercare so we felt confident in our choices. The installation process was just as impressive. The subcontractor was professional, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in his work. He was careful when moving furniture, kept the workspace clean throughout the project, and the quality of the installation really shows in the final result. Communication from the FCI team was consistent and clear. They kept us updated on material arrival times, scheduling was precise, and once everything was ready, they got started right away and completed the job efficiently. Overall, we are extremely happy with both the process and the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone, and we will definitely use them again for future projects.

From start to finish, Floor Coverings International was the most professional, timely, and easiest company we worked with. The entire process was far superior to the other companies we considered. They brought samples directly to our home, which made it incredibly convenient to match colors with the rest of our space. Installation was scheduled just a week later, and the team went above and beyond—carefully moving our furniture and placing everything back exactly where it belonged once the job was complete. They left our home spotless, and the installers were courteous and highly professional throughout. I can’t say enough great things about this company. I would absolutely hire them again and would confidently recommend them to any friends or family looking for new flooring.
