The 2 carpet installer technicians. Moved the heavy furniture out of the room and then quickly ripped out the old carpet. They were very thorough and worked quickly. When they were done the moved the furniture back. They did a beautiful job.

Other floor installers told me I had to hire a handyman or plumber to get my house ready for flooring. Because they did not remove toilets, or disconnect my gas range. And then have them come back to reinstall the toilets and range. Floor Coverings International did it all! They did a great job!!

Floor coverings International did a great job installing LVP and carpeting in my home. Rick Webster and his installation team were prompt, courteous and completed the project as promised and did a great overall job. The LVP installation team was very friendly and you can tell they enjoyed their work and working as a team. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

We had a good experience with Rick. He came over right away which really helped because I have difficulty getting around and we needed completion on this job right away. He also got rid of the "noise" by zeroing in on what product we wanted and showed us samples from his mobile "showroom". He was highly professional and personable and knowledgeable. He coordinated with the various vendors needed for install. We did a utility room and bathroom flooring. This required replacing the hot water heater, taking two previous vinyls off of the flooring, taking off and reinstalling molding in both rooms. We chose a luxury vinyl tile. I couldn't figure out the right color and he sent over a link to their computer that allows one to take a picture of the room and then suggest an accurate color match. This was brilliant and helped me to make an informed decision with confidence. The final product looks excellent and is a perfect color match and we are very pleased. I gave 4 stars because I had to follow up on a regular basis to get status updates. In all fairness, Rick had to coordinate with the factory and wait for a reply, but I had to nudge him to get the final word. His crew who did the work was friendly and professional. There were a lot of moving parts in this job such as moving a stacked washer and dryer (about 400 lbs) out of the utility room and back in. I appreciated Rick's expertise and his calm attitude. We would use him again.
