I had the pleasure of working with Travis and his assistant Lissie at Floor Coverings International (Carlsbad | Oceanside | San Marcos | Vista), and I can't say enough about how generous and helpful they were throughout the process. I'm an interior designer based in the Bay Area, helping my elderly parents in San Diego select new carpeting remotely, which added a layer of complexity to everything. From the very beginning, Travis and Lissie were incredibly responsive, patient, and willing to go above and beyond. They took the time to source and send multiple rounds of samples, talk through options with me, and really try to help us land on the right direction, despite not knowing me or whether the project would ultimately move forward with them. What stood out most was their professionalism and kindness. They treated the project with care and attention, even though it required extra coordination and didn't follow a typical, straightforward path. In the end, we needed someone local who could be on-site with my parents to guide the final selection in person, which wasn't a service they were positioned to provide given the distance. That said, the samples we were most drawn to aesthetically were ones Travis had sent, which speaks to how well he understood the brief. If you're in their service area and looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful team, I would absolutely recommend Travis and Lissie. They are the kind of people you want to work with.

Let me tell you, your search is over. These guys did an amazing job installing hardwood flooring in our condo, in spite of all the challenges an HOA can impose. Especially Travis, who from day one was attentive to every detail, all through the project and after. The result was a dream beautiful hardwood floor, with a good price and a level of service rarely found these days.

Low class install, do not stick to timelines mainly because they deprioritize once contracts are signed, poor project management and no quality control. They do not respond after money paid and do not fulfill warranty obligations

Travis and the team did an amazing job. From coming out quickly to discuss flooring options and prices. To scheduling to install. His install team were fantastic. They all moved our furniture with care , preparation of the sub floor , installation of the carpet and respectful of our property. I highly recommend Travis and International Flooring. 5 stars
