We couldn't be happier with our experience with Bryan of Floor Coverings Intl. of North Phoenix, and his team. From our very first conversation, Bryan was prompt, professional, and an excellent communicator. He came out quickly to evaluate our shower renovation project, and within just a few days his team was on the job. They stepped in after the demolition of our old shower, tub, and tile floor had already been completed, and from that point forward everything went smoothly. They installed the beautiful new tile in our shower as well as our new bathroom floor, and the finished results exceeded our expectations. Our installer, Mario, was outstanding. His craftsmanship was meticulous, and before he ever laid the first tile, he offered several thoughtful design suggestions that made our new shower even better than we had envisioned. His attention to detail was exceptional, and beyond being a true professional, he was simply a pleasure to have in our home throughout the installation. What also impressed us was Bryan's involvement. He didn't just provide an estimate and disappear. He stopped by several times during the project to check on the progress, ensure the quality of the work, and make sure we were happy every step of the way. That level of customer service is rare these days. After an unexpected change in direction during our renovation, finding Bryan's company turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our only regret is that we didn't know about Bryan and his team from the beginning of demolition. We absolutely love our new shower and beautiful new tile floor and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, outstanding communication, and genuine customer care.

Bryan and his entire team were incredibly helpful, responsive and patient as I went through the process of re-carpeting my mother's entire house from another state. He made excellent, cost-effective recommendations and allowed me time to make decisions, while also helping me to stay on track throughout the project. Also, just a very friendly, personable guy! I wish Floor Coverings International was available in my state because I would hire them for my own home remodel!

Really great experience. They had fair pricing and the whole process was extremely low pressure. Work completed on time, and when I called them about a minor issue I found with a baseboard they came right back out and fixed it. I’d use them again

What a pleasant and stress-free experience! From picking out my flooring with the Design Consultant Matt to my finished new floor! The installation team arrived right on time, and they were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and continuously worked until the job was complete. No mess left anywhere! Practically a dust free installation. Very respectful of me and my home. I will definitely hire Floor Coverings International for my next project!
