From start to finish, process was easy and communication was excellent. Even though my job was a small one, Patrick and Payton got the consult and scheduling done in a very timely manor. Javier installed carpet and made sure I was satisfied, and he really went above and beyond cleaning up any bits of carpet or pad left on our foyer and stairs from the process. Had other workers in the past that I had to come behind and clean up after, so that little detail is very appreciated. Will definitely be calling them back when I’m ready to do two more bedrooms.

From start to finish, the entire process went exactly as described. Selecting our finish options through to project completion was completely seamless. The installation day featured true white-glove service, and once everything was done, the team left the space looking as though we had never been disturbed—everything was put back perfectly. Payton kept me updated throughout the whole process with clear, timely communication. I would recommend them 100% without hesitation.

Absolutely an incredible job! Very professional and very talented workers. Definitely choose this company. You will not be disappointed! They did over 1000 sq ft of flooring in my basement. I still have a few things to install along the brick walls but I am Absolutely astonished on how well it turned out.

Floor Coverings International of Birmingham came to our place within a couple of days of us initially calling, gave us a fair and reasonable quote, and then started the project less than a week later. Their guys were on time and professional and finished the overall project (even after finding a few hiccups) in 2 days! And the quality of work is amazing as well! I would definitely recommend them!!

Peyton and entire crew were fantastic! We ripped up our raggedy carpet from years ago and replaced it with almond oak laminate. Wish we’d had this company our first go around. From the consult to install, superb customer service!! I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend you choose this company! Here’s the before and after. Major difference. We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International! From the initial measurements and choosing flooring, Patrick made the process very easy. Once we placed our order, our floors were installed within a week! Peyton and his team John and Greg did a great job with the install! They were professional, communicative, and completed our flooring within a day. The house looks refreshed and brighter with the new floors and we are thrilled!
