We were recent victims of the flooding in Milwaukee and Floor Coverings International actually sent out an email to us asking if they could help. They were quick, responsive, and did excellent work replacing the vinyl plank in our basement and carpeting on our stairs. Everyone we worked with from Dan the salesman, to Alex the project manager, and Nico for installation was responsive and quick. We have our space back and I'm super grateful for that!

We recently chose Floor Coverings International to help us when we had a flood in our finished basement. Dan Hauner was referred to us by a friend who had used FCI to install lvp in their home. From start to finish, everything was done very professionally and in a timely way. I would highly recommend them for your next flooring job.

We had aast minute issue from another flooring company and called Floor Coverings International as we had looked at them earlier. They came out to our house, brought samples they thought we'd like after talking with us on the phone and we're able to install it all within a few weeks. Very knowledgeable sales staff in Dan and very good work from the crew under Alex. Our floors look amazing and overall it was quick and painless. Would recommend them to fiky and friends.

Installers, Nicolas Garcia & Daniel Cruz, did a great job installing our basement floor. They were very courteous and respectful. They were diligent with the install and finished in one day vs. the two we were expecting!
