I decided to have LVP installed throughout my entire downstairs (kitchen, living room, powder room ), as well as, my upstairs bathroom. Jason was personable and patient, offering several choices based on my needs. He was never pushy and allowed me space to make a final decision. Nic and his helper were quick and efficient in installing the flooring. The pricing is also very reasonable! My only critique would be that as a first timer to all this, I wish I would have been warned of the amount of dust etc. that would be covering everything afterwards. I was caught off guard with that. Had I of known I would have been sure to cover my furniture and remove EVERYTHING from my countertops etc. Jason was always clear about being available for any questions I may have, however, as a first timer I really didn’t know all the questions to ask. In hindsight I wish I had of asked about different options of borders and also if I should purchase new vents ahead of time if i want those replaced etc. Just those little things… But overall I’m very satisfied. Have already recommended to a close friend and will most likely use them for a future project.

Dan Hauner was great. A month after our new carpet was installed our water heater sprang a leak soaking a portion of our new carpet. I called Dan for advice and he talked me through how to peel back our carpet and how to dry it out to prevent long term damage. He even offered to come out and assist if need be. So grateful for the excellent customer service even after the job was done.

Couldn’t be happier with the results of my newly refinished floor. Jason and Dan were great to work with and the contractors that did the work were neat and clean, professional, and skilled. when I moved in, these bamboo floors were as in bad shape as I could’ve imagined, and they have been returned to looking like new.

Excellent experience with Floor Coverings International! Dan was flexible with scheduling appointments, informative about product, and patient with indecisiveness (mine). He brought samples, discussed options, provided various quotes for projects. We had carpet installed in our basement and main floor; both projects ran smoothly and were completed the day we had scheduled for. Dan also circled back to make sure we were happy with installation, final product. Quite honestly, he made the whole endeavor easy. Would highly recommend~

We used FCI for both our basement and first floor. Jason was prompt, personable and patient as we changed our minds several times during the initial phases of flooring selection. Once we made our selections, Jason and team were quick to schedule our installs. The crews were professional, courteous and respected our home space. Both carpet and lvp installs were finished well within the estimated time. We are pleased with how well both the basement carpet and first floor lvp look.

He listened to our wants and needs and truly guided us through the entire process, along with excellent communication. The installers came as scheduled and were extremely professional and courteous. After what we thought was a very good initial meeting (which now just feels like it was a good sales pitch) we had issues every step of the way. They installed baseboards poorly and did it after the carpet was installed so the final product looks "wavy". They even agreed that it shouldn't been installed in that order but it was too late to fix. The "caulking" work on the trim was so poorly done, it would've just been easier to do it ourselves (photos as proof). We had to insist on multiple rounds of re-work and remain rather disappointed with the quality still. The alleged pet friendly carpet is already fraying (weeks after install). With all of this rework and issues, they didn't try to remedy the final cost as it was just so poorly done.
