I was doing a low budget closet DIY upgrade when I noticed our hardwood floors needed some work. We discussed several options to fit my budget. I was able to purchase two boxes from Habitat for Humanity and Floor Coverings handled the labor. Took them 4 hours from start to finish and even threw in a few planks because I was short on material. Beyond pleased with their work, this is the second time we’ve used them. I recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the owner to the installers, everyone was professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They are some of the hardest working people I have met. The floors look absolutely incredible, and our entire office loves the transformation. The quality of the work speaks for itself. They were extremely flexible with our office schedule and completed the entire project in 1 week so we could get back to business with minimal disruption. I was very impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail. They truly treat your space as if it were their own. It is great to see a local, family-owned business deliver this level of service and craftsmanship. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work.

When I initially met with them for a bid I asked for cost to remove the existing carpet. They told me wouldn’t put in writing in bid but gave me an amount verbally and said would adjust final bill. I told them I would remove existing carpet and would call them when completed so they could plan accordingly when they do the installation. I notified two different employees and in fact they finished the installation before 2:00 because they didn’t have to deal with old carpet. The GM called me after the job was complete and I told him as well about the carpet removal . Of course he billed me without adjusting for the old carpet. I immediately contacted him and he sent me multiple iterations of bills claiming they did work out of scope and offset the old carpet credit. I don’t know where the GM was getting his information but appeared to make things up. After he sent me a version that gave me a $600 credit for carpet removal and offset his $50 added charge to but back the bed in the master bedroom(and he indicated two bedside tables which didn’t exist) I was exhausted at that point dealing with him and paid off the bill to put the matter behind me. Needless to say I would never use them again.

I’m very happy with the team. They walked me through an important project replacing the carpets and refinishing hardwoods throughout an entire house. Dan, Andrew, Rachel, and the team held my hand throughout the entire process. There were some expected challenges and they worked with me to get it done within budget and our timeline. Highly recommend.
