I looked forward to writing this review after I saw my beautiful new kitchen floor. John’s crew is “the best”. Prompt, polite, hard working, just great guys. They went the extra mile by using plastic to cover all the furniture, covered and taped all the kitchen cabinets & also put “heavy paper” & plastic on lower cabinets. Thankfully made a huge difference in the amount of dust from tile & grout removal for my “open flow living/kitchen area. I highly recommend using Floor Coverings International if you’re considering replacing your existing floors. John, the owner, was so pleasant to work with & you deal directly with him. He comes to your home, not a sales rep, he’s there at the job start, he’s there when they finish. That’s a big deal when you deal directly with the owner & not middle men. Price was incredibly fair & I would definitely call them again if I need anymore flooring. They are the best!!

We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International. Ryan was awesome, and went over everything and explained what, when, and how the process was going to happen. We are very happy with our experience from start to finish. Our only hiccup was when one of the crew accidentally broke part of the glass on our cabinet when they put the furniture back. Ryan was quick to schedule a replacement for the glass part it and refused the final payment until it was fully replaced and we were happy. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend this company again!

John was early, attentive, responsive and extremely helpful in educating us on our options. We had a few issues and one was in the shower. We thought that was going to be a huge expense. He could have sold us on a much bigger job but was honest and gave us an easy, inexpensive fix. I was surprised by his honesty and genuine concern for exactly what our goals were and how he and his team could achieve them. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience from start to finish with John and his team. They removed our old carpet and installed beautiful vinyl flooring, and the results exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was how carefully they worked around our boxes and furniture, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The transition from the vinyl to the tiled areas was done perfectly, very clean and seamless. They also installed new baseboards around the flooring and painted them to match the space, which gave everything a finished, high-quality look. Overall, an excellent job. We’re very happy with the outcome and highly recommend John and his team!

I have a wonderful friend, Faye Nielsen, an awesome decorator, who owns The Nielsen Collection. She is my “go-to” person for all referrals. As always, she did not disappoint when she referred John Conroy with Floor Coverings International to me. John is the consummate professional. He and his office staff were always courtesy and efficient in responding to emails and phone calls.My current engineered hardwood floor has been discontinued, but John took the time to contact several suppliers and eventually was able to find an almost perfect match. John was alway timely in keeping appointments. His installers were equally as timely and professional. They showed up on installation day accompanied by John as he wanted to make certain they fully understood the job. A crew of four completed the job in record time. After the floors were competed, they took care to clean the areas and made sure to place furniture sliders on all the furniture to protect the floors. They left the rooms just as they found them. I recommend FCI with unreserved enthusiasm. John & FCI are the absolute BEST!

My wife and I are both extremely excited and happy with the service John and his team provided. We had all of carpets replaced from builder grade carpet to an extremely nice carpets in 4 bedrooms and closets. The price was exactly what I thought it would be. They did exactly what they said they would do, they were on time, finished in two days and followed up to make sure all was done to our specifications.
