It was a good experience working with Floor Coverings International. A couple hiccups presented—scheduling got messed up because of an issue with the installer and we didn’t know for sure we’d get instal on the day we scheduled until about 2 hours before they arrived. We could have communicated better about our transition from bedrooms to hallway—we were expecting to have a transition strip from our vinyl plank in the hallway and they did a different tucked finish on the transition so we hadn’t installed the vinyl plank quite far enough which caused the carpet to show under the bedroom doors into the hallway which is unfortunate but ok, I guess. The carpet we chose is lovely and the estimate and choosing process went well. Robert went out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted and even had extra carpet square samples sent. The installers did a good job (as far as we can tell—no issues so far) overall we are pleased with the way it looks and feels.

I scheduled an installation with another company. They knew I wanted to get the carpet installed as soon as possible to get the house turned around and ready to rent. Two days before the scheduled installation date I cashed them to confirm and got no response until the day of the scheduled installation when they sent me a text to inform me they took on a larger project and would not be available to complete the installation as scheduled. I looked online and found Floor Coverings International. I told them about my predicament, we scheduled an installation for that Saturday. Thursday morning, before my scheduled installation, they contacted me and said they could do the install that day. I approved, and by the c end of the day the job was complete and I was able to get my house on the rental market sooner than expected. Katie at Floor Coverings International remained in contact with me during the entire process, she was professional and courteous and her level of service has made Floor Coverings International my go to company for any future flooring needs.

Katie and her team are simply amazing. Very professional, diligent, and incredible work with impeccable service. We had our carpet removed and new flooring installed and they were able to finish sooner than expected. Katie is the owner, extremely kind and provides such a positive experience.
