They have a wide variety of floor samples that they bring to your home, discuss your needs and preferences, and help you pick the perfect product. They followed up our appointment with a detailed and fair quote and then scheduled installation. Everyone was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. After having measurements done and carpet selected and after a promise to call with a quote this company never called back. We are moving and do not appreciate having to lose time scheduling another company.. I don't recommend this company.
