We had an absolutely top-notch experience! From flooring selection to expertise and install, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. Our 125-year-old home was ready for a major refresh, and this flooring project was a huge part of our renovation. Their team went above and beyond not only handling subfloor leveling and updating our unique staircase with gorgeous new treads and risers, but also working around our other contractors and coordinating with our project manager on every detail. The communication throughout the process was excellent, the product quality outstanding, and the install flawless - truly a 5-star experience in every way. Tracey, Gary, Manny, and the entire crew were professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. We are beyond thrilled with the results and can confidently say they really are the stars of flooring.

I loved the personal service from start to finish and my floors are beautiful! I will say that after the install, a small correction was needed, but once I requested it, they were on top of it and quickly made the adjustment. I'm completely satisfied with the outcome!

Great service I never knew was in the area. I was glad to find a local business offering in home shopping at competitive prices. Tracey’s schedule was flexible, she was very patient, and happily answered all of my questions. Tracey and Gary very responsive to our timeline, getting the installation done before our Fourth of July party. Quick turn around of emails, answering questions quickly. Installers arrived at 8am and got right to putting up plastic to block off rooms not affected, moving out the furniture and then starting removal of the old narrow planked 26 year old wood floor, board by board. They finished in one day, and left with our furniture back in place, and everything all clean, like they had never been there! Their workmanship was excellent. We will be calling them again if we decide to replace other flooring. I would highly recommend them.
