Dave and Ali are the type of sales people you want to work with when making this type of purchase. I chose them because they stayed involved during the entire process and had great follow up, I’m very pleased with the results - the carpeting looks great throughout my home. Sales and scheduling were good, and price was reasonable for 1600 sq ft of LVT. However, the crew doing the install was awful. They treated my home like a garbage dump. Trash left throughout, didn’t bother to sweep up or clean the floors, left the cutting waste on my patio, left doors and windows open after leaving, left baseboards outside, left a mess in the bathroom. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY!! Get better installers who actually respect others property.

My daughter, Makenzie, told me they tried to give a price that was way higher than anyone else had given. She didn’t want to say anything online, but I can’t help but leave a review for a company that tried to take advantage of her. She had the work done by another company at a fraction of the price. They were very pushy and kept hounding her after she said no. When I called into the office to talk about her experience, the person I talked to seemed frazzled and all over the place and hung up the phone. Not a good experience at all. In response to the owner, this is the location if it's the one in Middleburg Heights. She goes by both her first name and middle name of Reese. Either way, she had a bad experience and the guy that I talked to really didn't have any time for me. He seemed more interested in other things.
