These people told us our flooring was a three day job. Two rooms. First they continuously didn't show up when they said they would. Second, they ordered the wrong color and type of tile and we were told basically too bad that it's not what you picked out or paid for it's what you're getting. Third, they never even came back and finished the job. After a month of not hearing a thing, we called someone else to come and finish. Fourth, they broke the toilet and we had to replace it, their plumber rehooked the sink incorrectly and it leaked, so we had to pay a plumber to redo it, among other things. Fifth, they didn't clean up after themselves at all. I found a trash bag leaking a vile substance that was left in my library to sit after they worked a couple hours and took off for a long weekend. Apparently I was supposed to lift it. And haul it away myself. That 6 star review probably came from the owner of the business. Do NOT hire these people, they have no idea what they've foo g and the work is beyond shoddy.

I called to inquire if they could install a carpet square in the middle of my newly finished LVP floors. Within 3 hours of the call their installer was at my house inspecting the job. 2 days later they came back and installed the carpet on a Saturday morning! Top notch work, and SERVICE! Thank you!

The crew were awesome and worked very hard to do it all in 2 days! There was a lot of preparations to do before they could lay the carpet and vinyl flooring. Kudos to them!!

Prompt, professional, personalized service. Owner came to my home with flooring samples that met my preferences based on previous phone conversation. Answered all my questions and was patient and respectful as I worked towards my decision. I definitely recommend them.

We use FCI for many projects we do. That always comes through like champs. This was there latest carpet install for us. Furniture moved and out back when they were done
