We were not anticipating new carpet at this time, but it was recommended by the closet design company as the units would be placed on top of the carpet. So we started the research to replace the carpet in our primary bedroom and closet. We started with the 2 companies seen on TV, but when we started digging into their reviews, we became concerned, and shifter our search to companies with 5 Star Reviews. This is where we found FCI and I am so glad we did! Our inquiry was responded to immediately. The design consultant, assigned to our project listened to our desires and helped us choose a carpet/color that was perfect for our space. Her meticulous measuring skills left us with minimal waste. The project manager assigned to our project stayed in touch from start to finish, giving us tips along the way to get ready for installation. He arrived before the installation team on the day of installation. The installers were also meticulous, quiet, and very hard workers, moving and resetting very heavy furniture! We love our new carpet and know this company will stand with us should there be any issues (which we are not anticipating). Please consider FCI for your future floor covering needs!

My experience was 5 star from beginning to end. Laurie Hinton was quick to respond and her professional demeaner and design input was very helpful. Alex Flores' enthusiasm for his role was very evident and he was in contact all along the way. From scheduling the install, stopping in to make sure that the project was going as planned, to a follow up visit, he made sure everything went smoothly. The installer, Denilson, treated my home like it was his own. The pride and care he takes in his work was evident at all times and he is a true craftsman. And it was a pleasant surprise that they finished in one day!

What a great experience working with the team!! Beautiful floors and beyond expectation service. Laurie, Alex, and Jenny worked closely with our new house and we honestly have been blown away with the quality, care, and attention we have received. Laurie even helped us with design and construction cleaning! We don’t know what we would have done without her!!! Denilson installed our beautiful engineered wood floors while Ivan and Gustavo did a lovely carpet runner for our stairs. If you have had terrible experiences with renovation teams, this team and company will renew your faith in quality, craftsmanship, and customer care.

From the perspective of someone who has been through the ringer with several flooring companies in the past, this is the true definition of a superb flooring company who's structure places the customer first. Along with this, there is a very wide selection of products to choose from. I cannot recommend Floor Coverings International of Northeast Atlanta enough.

Bill Love and FCI saved the day with a last minute install. 48 hours before the big reveal for a total first floor remodel, the new furniture was arriving, the kitchen cabinets were installed, painting was wrapping up and the old carpet looked HORRIBLE! A total eyesore that was overlooked as "not that bad" before all the other work was complete. Bill was able to reschedule a crew to work Saturday, found the perfect carpet at the warehouse and orchestrated delivery and install with the interior designers. Without the new flooring the three-week effort would not have been complete. Thank you Bill and FCI!

During the consultation, Bill took the time to listen to our needs. He then recommended a few options and reviewed the pros and cons of each. Once we narrowed that down, he shared color samples. Once we settled on a color, he then brought a large sample for us to examine. The floors were installed quickly and look beautiful. They were exactly what we wanted.
