Having FCI carpet experience was outstanding. We had a very professional team with Mario and Jorge. Jorge did a great job installing the carpet, ensuring a good fit, explaining everything, and was very diligent. And on top of that, he was very very pleasant. I want him to do our second floor now 😊 Mario was super helpful, pleasant, and not pushy at all. He followed up on every detail and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend you work with these guys.. we will be again 😊

This is my 3rd flooring project I’ve done with Floor Coverings International. They have a great product, know what they are doing and are very cooperative to work with. They stay on schedule and clean up when they are done. I highly recommend them!

Simply the best!! We had hardwood floors throughout the house as well as carpet in some rooms, absolutely stunning!! The crew was amazing, hard-working, and always left everything very clean. I recommend them highly! Especially Wilson, who did the flooring. He was exceptional and very helpful.!!

Mario Izquierdo is good people, plain and simple. He’s incredibly personable, and you can immediately tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with. What really stood out to us was his no-pressure approach. After meeting with several vendors whose sales tactics felt *really* pushy, it was so refreshing to work with someone who gave us the space to figure out what worked best for us at our own pace. At no point did we feel rushed or upsold; Mario was patient, responsive to all of our questions, and took the time to educate us throughout the entire process. We also appreciated his guidance when it came to choosing colors and tones that would work well with our existing tile. We came in with only a rough idea of what we wanted, so having someone with a good eye help steer us in the right direction was so helpful. Even though we ultimately decided to go with another carpet vendor, we would absolutely recommend Mario without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and easy-to-work-with flooring consultant. We learned a lot from him, and he made a really strong impression on us. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and keeps the process stress-free, (Super) Mario is your guy. ⭐
