We have been working with FCI Winter Garden for 18m now. We own a handyman company that does not do flooring, but because we get asked about it constantly, it was very important to locate and vet a QUALITY flooring company, which FCI WG has been for us. We have referred them probably a dozen times, from times we had friends who thought they wanted to DIY but wanted a second opinion, to clients with flooded homes who needed full-house flooring, to people who wanted to price out floor options for the future to determine if they wanted to remodel or sell the home. Every time, Mario has handled with compassion and knowledge. The way FCI operates, they bring the samples to you IN your home so you can see how the flooring looks next to their furniture or with their particular lighting features. Some of these in-home consults inevitably turn into a type of therapy session or pep rally of sorts, and Mario has been so gracious with each of the contacts I entrust to him. He and I talk so often that I refer to him as my co-worker because that’s the way I feel — even though we work at totally different companies. At the price point re-floors can be at these days, you really should trust that the person has in YOUR best interests at heart, and I believe Mario absolutely does.

I’m really happy with the flooring. It was quick and easy. There was no major mess to clean up. I was however waiting for a walk through to check everything, but that never occurred even after a reminder.

The whole experience of installation from start to finish was so easy. Kevin was very patient with my indecision and let me look at many samples between different types of flooring because I just could not make up my mind. Once I made a decision, Alex contacted me with an install date. Jenner and his crew came for the installation and were just incredible. They had the furniture moved and started within the hour. I had five rooms carpeted and they did it in less than six hours - start to finish. I’m so pleased with the whole process and highly recommend this company for any flooring needs. I’m sure I will be contacting them again in the future. Again, thanks to Kevin, Alex, Jenner and his crew for everything that they did!

We had a fantastic experience with our floor installation! Mario and Madson were both professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. Horrible carpet company. We told the company to keep the old carpet because we are giving it away to a friend that wanted it. They cut the carpet up and it was not usable! horrible company!
