From my first contact with FCI until the completion of the project, I couldn't be more pleased. Office manager Begail arranged my appointment with the designer to meet my request. Designer Daniel was very helpful in listening to my needs and helping to move the project along. Project manager Adam did exactly what the website said he would do. He came by multiple times to check progress and make sure all of my concerns were met. Installation crew was top notch. They arrived on time and did their job, treating me and my home with the care and respect one would hope for in a project like this. I highly recommend this company.

I had a very large patio project and FCI did a great job on it. Excellent customer service and we are really happy with the outcome. Really nothing bad to say about the entire experience which is pretty rare with large custom projects.

What a change! The Owner/Sales Issacc is super knowledgeable and detail oriented. He makes sure you are happy before and after the finished product. The project Manager Adam is communicative and made sure the project was getting properly done in a timely fashion. And the crew that did the install were super friendly, took great care of my property inside and out, and the install looks amazing. We are very pleased with our new floors in the ENTIRE HOUSE!! Definitely a great company with great leadership top to bottom. Some before and after photos below. Pics do not do justice lol

Issac did a great job of advising us on the right floor for the job, containing costs and providing suitable samples. It was very convenient. He is very knowledgeable about flooring. Adam was prompt at scheduling and delivering materials. They arrived on time and completed the job on time, leaving it clean and looking great. Will definitely use again.

I called floor covering from out of state and Isaac answered the phone. He was so helpful in arranging carpet for the house I was buying. What an incredible experience. Everything went smoothly and carpet is fantastic.

Our experience from start to finish of our flooring project was fantastic! Tim was super helpful in providing options and expertise for our new floors and stairs. Ordering was easy and quick and installation was done in just three days for a sizable project. At the end of each day we received photo updates which was really appreciated. We love our new flooring - thank you!!
