We hired FCI to do our flooring job in the living room and hallway. This is the 2nd time we went with them, the first being when we had backsplash done in the kitchen. Both times we were very satisfied with the work done. On time, no issues, quality work and reasonable price. Would definitely hire them again.

We love our floors! Isaac and Adam communicated clearly with us throughout the process and kept us updated with photos. They even worked through a holiday weekend to finish earlier than expected. We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know looking for flooring!

Very unsatisfying experience. Isaac is a good salesman and I chose to trust him with installing new hardwood floors and even gave him the shower remodel project. Adam (the PM) is horrible and doesn't oversee the work or workers and doesn't QC the job and process. Communications are non-existent. Projects went well over scheduled timeframes by months. Rework was required for both projects due to poor project management and no oversight. They are only a storefront and use the same undocumented laborers that other contractors use. Gave them a chance. Very disappointed with them all. Buyer beware.

Isaac and his team are awesome. I have no complaints. The estimate was quick and easy and professional and we went over all my options. Once we committed to a flooring the sales process was not aggressive and we reviewed all options for payment. I appreciate Isaac being very passive while my wife and I discussed what payment option makes the most sense for us since we were replacing carpet for a rental of ours. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely work exclusively with them in the future.

Great work done by the team. The team is prompt, professional and posses great workmanship. Patrick and Daniel were great during the floor selection process and Adam and his crew did an amazing job on the floor. After the service, a document was provided for use and care and preventative maintenance of the floor. Will definitely be using these guys for future projects.

Patrick and his crew were able to quickly remove the carpet from our new home and match the existing luxury vinyl plank. What a huge difference and great quality materials. Highly recommend. Timely and reasonable value.
