We did tile throughout our entire home and couldn’t be happier with how beautiful it is. Great communication at getting everything done any questions they are right on it from the owners, office staff to the crew Coordinator. The whole crew were very polite never hesitated to do what we asked of them. Clean up was perfect. We highly recommend Floor Covering International St Petersburg.

This was nothing but a pleasant experience from start to finish — from the first phone call to installation and follow-up. Even though we only needed carpets replaced in the kids’ bedrooms, Shona’s team treated the job with the utmost care and professionalism. The new carpets look beautiful, and the boys (and their playdates!) love how soft and padded they feel. Thank you for making the process so easy and enjoyable.

When living in a condominium it is very important to use vendors who respect and abide by the rules and regulations of the association. Our plan was to remodel our 2 baths as well as paint and place new flooring in the main living area. Lee at FCI came highly recommended for remodels in our community, so I contacted her to discuss our thoughts. We had a terrific initial meeting and before I knew it, she prepared an estimate, schedule and appointment to begin making selections at her showroom. There was no waisted motion with FCI. Everything was well organized and we were able to choose perfect materials to fulfill our vision. Work began almost immediately and the subcontractors were timely and cleaned up after themselves each day... oh, and they did excellent work. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the end result. I recommend Lee and Floor Coverings International of St Petersburg wholeheartedly.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new floor and cannot thank Floor Coverings International for making the process so easy! We were able to make our flooring selections on site, get an immediate estimate and accept the proposal during the first meeting. Likewise, the installation process was great. We were very impressed with the installation team. Not only in the quality of their work, but the speed and the care they demonstrated throughout the entire process. There were no nick or scratches and barely any dust. If it weren’t for the new floor, you would hardly know they were there! Great experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Thank you again for our beautiful new floor!

Beware. Run for your life. I do not recommend this Company. The only thing that they got right was the installers. They were phenomenal. The sales staff were nice at first but when they sent the wrong product TWICE they never even called. It took an extra 7 days to get the right product in from Texas. Causing me to stay in the hotel 10 days instead of the 3 that was previously agreed upon. Instead of doing the right thing and split the hotel. They send a $200 gift card to try to make up for their disaster. What a disappointment!
