As the proud owner of a flourishing flooring franchise, Niki brings unparalleled expertise and passion to the industry. Her vision is revolutionizing how flooring is sold and installed in the greater Panama City community. Niki opened the Floor Coverings International franchise in August 2023 and quickly established herself as a trusted and valued partner to the community. Through her leadership, the franchise has become synonymous with quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Niki and her husband, Tim, have been married for 25 years and raised a blended family of six in Spring Hill, TN and Chester Springs, PA. With the nest empty, PCB became their permanent home in the fall of 2022. In their spare time, they enjoy the beach and live music.
Born and raised in Bay County, Niko has strong roots throughout the Panama City area. He brings extensive experience in flooring, construction, and customer service, along with a genuine passion for helping people find the right products and solutions for their homes and businesses.
Niko has hands-on experience managing both residential and commercial flooring projects from the initial consultation through installation. His background includes measuring and estimating projects, helping customers select flooring and tile, coordinating material orders and deliveries, working closely with installers and vendors, and making sure every detail comes together throughout the process.
That experience has given Niko a strong understanding of what it takes to make a project successful from start to finish. He believes communication, attention to detail, quality work, and following through on what you say you’ll do are among the most important parts of taking care of a customer. He enjoys working one-on-one with homeowners to understand what they’re looking for and helping them choose flooring and tile that fits their home, lifestyle, budget, and overall vision.
Before entering the flooring industry, Niko also gained experience in hospitality and IT, which strengthened his ability to communicate with people, solve problems, and provide great customer service in fast-paced environments.
As a Design Associate with Floor Coverings International of Panama City, Niko enjoys being able to bring the flooring showroom directly to his customers. By seeing products inside the home alongside the existing lighting, paint colors, furniture, and décor, he can help customers make confident decisions about what will look and perform best in their space.
Outside of work, Niko enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching mixed martial arts, and following college and professional football. He grew up playing football and has remained passionate about the sport ever since.
Niko is excited to bring his expertise home to Panama City Beach, continue building relationships throughout Bay County and the surrounding communities, and help homeowners and businesses bring their projects to life with Floor Coverings International.
