"My experience with Floor Coverings International of the Woodlands was amazing! I began my project with another company. John contacted me and asked if I was happy with my new flooring. I quickly explained what a terrible decision I had made in going with another company. John came out the next day and went through my home. I was so distraught because of the condition my home was in from a shady contractor. Within a few hours John had a quote for me. The installation team was extremely professional. They went above and beyond my expectations! They never left tools or trash laying around. Each day they cleaned up the area before leaving. One of the workers said that he believed he had broken a frame I had in a closet. The project supervisor, Vijay, offered to pay for new glass for the frame. But, the worker did not break it - it was already damaged. The eye for detail, the professionalism, and the genuine care for my home and their work product was wonderful. I love my new luxury vinyl plank flooring - it is beautiful and installed perfectly! I would recommend this company every time!"

I love my blonde oak LVP flooring from Floor Coverings International of South Miami. Will and Maribel Torres were a pleasure to deal with. Professional, always on time, and fairly priced. Will always went out of his way to give me options and alternatives and never pressured me to close the deal. He was also very flexible with my installation dates and his installers were top notch too. I plan to use FCI of South Miami in the future and highly recommend them. Highly recommend this company. Anthony helped us from start to finish and gave us tons of options to choose from, LVP, hardwood, carpet, tile, they do it all. We will definitely be using them again both for our home as well as for our business. The installation was quick and professional and Anthony was easy to reach whenever we had questions. He even came out to our house for our initial estimate! We really got a great value and the end result was gorgeous.
