Arron of Floor Coverings International is a company that should receive 11 out of 10 points! We were faced with a kitchen installation that was delayed over 3 months, and Arron waited to install the flooring in 4 rooms. That's never heard of in their business. The installation was perfect. There installers were respectful, and kept everything clean. Hire this company.

Color we pick turned out much darker than what the picture showed it's a pretty floor but much darker than anticipated. Had virtually no communication always had to initiate it. Sometimes it took a few days before we heard anything back but taking half our money was no problem. When you take over $4,000 from somebody it needs constant communication it took 3 weeks to get our floor

From beginning to finish the communication and effort to satisfy our desires were excellent. We had specific tile we wanted and they spent countless hours trying to find exactly what we wanted. Robin and his tile installation team was professional and ensured we were satisfied with the end product. I know this team will be available in the future if we have any questions.

I can't tell you how happy I am with the Amazing work Shaun, Robert and Eddy did on my floors ! They worked so hard and were so friendly and knowledgeable about flooring. I'm so proud to invite friends in to see what a good job they did after how terrible they looked. I also want to give a Shout Out to Cortney for making it so easy to have someone who is very knowledgeable about flooring and getting my order right and right on time.
