They did a amazing job. Small project they did my bedroom and walk in closet. Gave expectation it would be half a days work. But they finished in maybe 2 hours. The work was beautiful the workers were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Will Wilkins came out and helped us get carpet that was similar to what we were replacing. He gave us a great price and a timeline that fit our needs since we were from out of state and staying in our second home for only a few weeks. The installers worked hard and did a great job, we couldn't be happier. We have a built in shelving unit in the walk-in closet that sat on the old carpet. We thought we were going to have to move the shelving off the carpet in order to get new carpet but Will instructed us that they could cut the old carpet out around the shelving and tuck it back in, and it came out perfect. They did two bedrooms and showed up on time and finished about 3.5 hours later. Will came a day later to do a walk through and make sure the job was acceptible. He is a very knowlegable guy and also very personable, full of really good advice and ideas. We had a great visit with him and recommed that if you have any type of flooring needs, call Will and he will do you right!

We are extremely happy with the work done by Floor Coverings International! After some mold remediation, half of our house wound up without floors. We contacted a few companies to get quotes, and Floor Coverings International beat all the quotes by far. Initial Estimate: Will came to our house, and he was patient enough to show us all the samples that were within the look my husband and I wanted to go for. He showed us some virtual renderings as to how the flooring would look in our space, which was extremely helpful for visualization purposes. Given that we didn't have flooring on half of our house, Will was able to schedule our installation the following week, which made our lives so much easier ! Cost: Previous quotes that we received, when compared to FCI's, were greatly overcharging us on labor and limiting us on the material selection. Choosing FCI allowed us to get better quality flooring for a similar quoted price. We loved our chosen LVP sample so much, that we inquired about potentially doing the other half of our house (for a uniform look). Granted this was outside of our budget, but FCI had a great financing option that allowed us to complete the whole house in one go. Installation: On our scheduled installation day, Brett swiftly assessed the project, described everything that was going to be performed, and addressed any questions or concerns we had. Brett, Monty, and Alex did not delay and began right away. They were very pleasant, respectful of our home, and easy to get along with. Between the three of them, they were able to get the job done faster than originally anticipated, which allowed us to regain use of the other half of our house. Our flooring looks and feels fantastic. We have no complaints. LVP flooring is one of those things that seems simple enough to DIY, but ultimately, I am glad we had it professionally installed. Again, Brett, Monty, and Alex did an incredible job. Our overall experience was great, and I have already recommended them to anyone that has asked about our flooring.

We wanted to find a local company to have our carpet replaced in the house we built in 1996. The whole experience was painless, mostly because of excellent communication and information. The crew was hardworking, knowledgeable and very respectful. What a great experience and the bonus was we got to support a local company! Aaron was even able to recommend a local plumber! 5 stars with a smile.
