I was really pleased with our experience with Floor Coverings Intl, early 2025. I was looking for a company that would bring samples to both my renter and myself that would take care of all measurements and because the house had previously had dogs would Paint Kilz On the floor to help with smells. Aaron worked with my renter in scheduling, came to my house to show me samples and answers on my questions regarding colors and quality and padding. I received a large discount for paying cash, it took about a week to get the carpet ordered and in in a few days for install, including Kilz. Later, due to a skunk getting into the basement of the home, Justin, the owner answered my call on a Sunday and came first thing Monday to cut the patch out of the carpet From the skunk spray, replaced the pad and again paint kilz. I have several properties and plan to use them again and again for carpet. They’re my new carpet guys. We are very happy with their work and service. Chris and Amy

These guys were absolutely amazing from estimate to install! Robin was so nice coming to our house and evaluating everything, answering all of our silly questions, and helping us with what would be the best choice for our rental house. Justin's communication with planning and install was more than I could have hoped for! Explained everything down to the last detail on what was being done and why and how they were saving us money on the project. Sergio was also very nice and professional with installing the carpet and worked quickly. Pricing was so much better than other quotes we received as well. We couldn't be happier with this company!

I can't say enough about Floor Coverings International. The floor they installed in my place is beautiful! I live in an HOA where an inspector has to finalize any work done. The inspector remarked that the floor had been done very well. The customer service I received from Justin and Robin was stellar. I had a small problem with one of my doors and the follow up was immediately resolved. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

We cannot recommend Floor Coverings International enough! Justin and Robin were a dream to work with. They came quickly to do an estimate, and they had great ideas. Additionally, their timeline and price were both the best we had found. They did a refinish of existing oak hardwood, added (and seamlessly integrated!) new hardwood in a room where we wanted wood. They custom blended a stain to make the color exactly what we wanted, and they turned out perfect! We also did new carpet, and the carpet install was perfect as well. Truly a great experience.

The team was amazing from start to finish. They actually took the time to understand my needs and what I wanted in new flooring. Once I picked out the floors that I wanted, they kept me up to date with updates on when they'd be available. Once they were ready to start the job, Justin came by to explain the process and did a great job with check in's & updates to let me know what to expect. 10/10 recommend
