I had FCI install some carpet on stairs in my condo to enhance the safe for going up and down the stairs. The installation went smoothly and the installer explained every thing. I would highly recommend FCI and their team!

Our consultant Laura was fabulous! She brought samples to our home on 2 occasions and provided great advice! She also supported us after the sales process. Installer Billy and his team were courteous and professional.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We got our basement carpet and Lino done. I was very happy with the price and the quality of their install and products. Highly recommend them.

Staff was very helpfully in picking out tile. When it came in and I discovered the company sent the wrong tile .They were very quick to solve the problem.

Although I didn't end up purchasing from FCI, the staff were so kind, helpful, and friendly. They tried really hard to find the product I was looking for!

Sales and booking team were fantastic to work with! Flooring is beautiful in 2 of the 3 rooms but was installed crooked in the bathroom with the vinyl sheet pattern running a few degrees off where one would expect it to be (ie/ not square with any of the walls or structures). The installer didn’t show up when he said he would and didn’t clean up after himself and I was left without a toilet for several days. Overall I’m happy but if you're looking for perfect, may need to be more hands on than I was with the project.

FCI deserves 10/10 for their products, service & staff! The FCI Team is outstanding! Laura helped me chose a product that was perfect for my condo. In addition to being lovely, it exceeded the Bylaw requirements for sound. Megan gave helpful advice about preparing for the installation & answered my questions. The installers, led by Billie, did an excellent job. They responded promptly to one concern. The job was done in 2.5 days. Maddy the receptionist was so helpful & pleasant! FCI helped me find a skilled & reliable carpenter, Jefferson Yee, who installed new baseboards & moulding. High quality workmanship. Always wonderful to work with a "finisher", someone who doesn't leave a lot of minor unfinished work. A huge thank you and vote of confidence for FCI!
