Sales and booking team were fantastic to work with! Flooring is beautiful in 2 of the 3 rooms but was installed crooked in the bathroom with the vinyl sheet pattern running a few degrees off where one would expect it to be (ie/ not square with any of the walls or structures). The installer didn’t show up when he said he would and didn’t clean up after himself and I was left without a toilet for several days. Overall I’m happy but if you're looking for perfect, may need to be more hands on than I was with the project.

FCI deserves 10/10 for their products, service & staff! The FCI Team is outstanding! Laura helped me chose a product that was perfect for my condo. In addition to being lovely, it exceeded the Bylaw requirements for sound. Megan gave helpful advice about preparing for the installation & answered my questions. The installers, led by Billie, did an excellent job. They responded promptly to one concern. The job was done in 2.5 days. Maddy the receptionist was so helpful & pleasant! FCI helped me find a skilled & reliable carpenter, Jefferson Yee, who installed new baseboards & moulding. High quality workmanship. Always wonderful to work with a "finisher", someone who doesn't leave a lot of minor unfinished work. A huge thank you and vote of confidence for FCI!

We worked with Jamie and the experience was fantastic! Jamie was able to bring their mobile show room so that we could pick a style that matched the rooms, do measurements, and have a seamless installation. The installer Kler was also very kind and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Jamie and this place for anyone looking. The experience was easy and smooth!

We have had the pleasure of working with Jamie twice this year to replace the carpets both in the home we sold and the home we purchased. She has such a kind and pleasant demeanor and always treated us like family. We came in on the hunt for new flooring for the main floor of our home, Jamie was super helpful and we ended up finding our ideal luxury vinyl plank. I’m pretty high maintenance when it comes to wanting to know where things are and when they’ll arrive, and anyone I talked to was patient and willing to offer an update. Polite, personable and friendly. We didn’t have a single negative interaction with any of the staff. BUT… that’s not the best part. They matched a price that was a huge discount, after I provided a quote for the same flooring through a different supplier. I was very happy they were willing to match the quote. Sure, the wait was.. a while.. as I was pretty excited, but the flooring came and it’s aaahhhmaazzing…. It’s so beautiful. So, we went to go pick it up on a Saturday, which isn’t typical (I think), but they were happy to accommodate. The guy (I am so sorry I can’t remember his name), he called the day before to confirm I was coming and the time.. and once again, customer service.. top notch. We got there, he was incredibly patient, helped us load 2 trucks with the flooring and was just an all around awesome guy. Oh… and he made a special trip in from the lake that morning so we could pick it up that day. I would absolutely, 100% recommend dealing with Floors International. Great experience, and I am so incredibly happy with the service and quality of their products.
